Why $20 instead of $49?
We introduced a free tier so everyone can try Singularity. Pro at $20 is the full supervision suite — intervention, notifications, reports, rules, and all future IDE support. It's still one-time, no subscription.
What are the DLC add-ons?
Codex ($10) and Knowledge Base ($10) are future feature packs that extend Singularity with workspace documentation and AI planning capabilities. Each is a one-time purchase. Bundle both with Pro for $35.
What counts as a major version?
New supervision capabilities, new AI agent support (Cursor, Copilot), significant architecture changes. Not bug fixes or incremental improvements. Your current version keeps working indefinitely.
Why not a subscription?
Singularity runs entirely on your machine. No cloud infrastructure to maintain, no servers to pay for. The economics of SaaS don't apply when everything is local.
