License

Singularity is licensed software. The free tier grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the monitoring features. A Pro license ($20 one-time) unlocks intervention and advanced features for one user.

Upgrades

Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) require a separate upgrade purchase ($29). Minor updates within the same major version are included free.

Disclaimer

Singularity is a supervision tool, not a guarantee. It monitors AI coding sessions and flags potential issues, but it cannot catch every problem. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving code changes made by AI agents in your projects.

Limitation of liability

Singularity is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to code changes made by supervised AI agents.
