Privacy Policy

The short version

Singularity runs entirely on your machine. Your session data, code, and supervision results never leave your computer. We don't collect, transmit, or store any of your coding session data.

What we collect

• Website analytics: Basic page view analytics via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics on this marketing website only. No personal data is collected from the desktop app.
• Purchase information: If you purchase a Pro license, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We receive your email and license key but not your payment details.

What the desktop app does NOT do

• Does not send your code or session data to any server
• Does not phone home or require an internet connection to function
• Does not collect usage telemetry from the desktop app
• All LLM inference runs locally on your Apple Silicon hardware

Data storage

All supervision data is stored locally in a SQLite database at ~/.singularity/singularity.db. You can delete this file at any time to remove all stored data.
